I founded Egan Rose Consulting after 20 years in enterprise risk management and compliance, where I watched organizations treat human capital risk as an afterthought, until an incident forced them to look. The problem wasn't a lack of frameworks. It was that most frameworks were built for financial and operational risk, not the hazards that harm people.
Psychosocial risk doesn't show up in traditional risk registers. Human rights violations in value chains remain invisible until enforcement action makes them visible.
